Refund & Cancellation Policy

RideForge is a digital subscription billed in USD. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
- After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
- Unused monthly allowance does not roll over and has no cash value.
Refunds
- Because plans deliver digital output immediately, fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once the period has started.
- If a technical fault prevents the studio from producing results and we cannot resolve it, contact us and we will review a pro-rata refund or credit.
- If a render does not meet your brief, we prioritise re-generating it at no extra cost before considering a refund.
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full.
Statutory rights
Where mandatory consumer law grants a cancellation or refund right that exceeds this policy, that law prevails. By starting to use the studio within any cooling-off period you acknowledge digital delivery has begun.

Email support@westcoastglas.shop with your account email and the charge in question, or use the contact form. Approved refunds return to your original Stripe payment method. Governing law: England and Wales.
